by Code.org

Hi Friends - This year, Code.org has some exciting initiatives focused around harnessing the potential of AI for classrooms and driving up inclusion to increase young women’s CS enrollment. These are just a few ways in which Code.org ensures that every student has the opportunity to learn computer science. Read on to learn more:

Our AI Work:
In collaboration with global thought leaders from education, industry, academia, and nonprofits; Code.org is paving the way to generate policy, administration, and education recommendations for AI academic frameworks. We are also developing and sharing (free/open-sourced) AI Curriculum for teachers and students to be introduced to AI and learn about how it works and how to use it. Learn more: www.code.org/ai

Our Young Women in CS Work:
Young Women in Computer Science is an initiative leveraging near peer connections to boost inclusion in computer science classes. Our CS Ambassadors will focus on sharing their love of CS with peers to inspire and encourage CS enrollment; while Code.org is taking a comprehensive approach – engaging the whole (local and national) school community and lifting many voices — students, CS professionals, role models, and celebrities to drive CS enrollment!
